This custom fillet knife is made from 8a stainless steel blank, The knife is 12-13/8″ inches overall with a 7-1/2″ inch with a half blade sharp double edge, Mening The top half of the blade is sharp as well, Knife is just under 1/8″ inch thick in the handle to 1/16″ inches at the end of the blade, The handles on this custom knife are made from some stabilized Boxelder burl wood so it will hold up to some extream use on the water.
